JUNE 25 – SWEET TEA (Local Fast Food)
1. Popeyes – Super Sweet. Good. (8)
2. Cane’s – Sweet, but not very strong. (7.5)
3. McDonald’s – Not sweet and not strong. (7)

Burger King – Very sweet, with a hint of lemon. Got better as we drank it. (5)
Rally’s – Sweet. “Soda Fountain Brisk” – Josh. (5)
5. Wendy’s – Weak with a hint of lemon. But came in a fancy clear cup. (4.5)
* There wasn’t a nearby Chick Fil-A, but let’s face it – they are a Perfect 10.
JUNE 18 – FRIES
1. TIE!
Rally’s – So hot! Crunchy. (9)
Popeye’s – Very flavorful, crispy. (9)
2. TIE!
McDonald’s – Hot and salty, but not crispy enough. (7.5)
Cane’s – Which was surprising. The saltiness really added to them. Hot. (7.5)
3. Wendy’s – Hot. Salty. Thick fries. (7)
4. Burger King – Thick, but crispy. No potato flavor. Needed much salt. (6.5)
* We stuck to available, stick fries. We’d be remiss if we didn’t give a shout out to the awesome waffle fries at Chick Fil-A, curly fries from Arby’s and one of Josh’s personal favorites – Five Guys (which was not convenient to get to).
JUNE 11 – HOT POCKET
1. Pepperoni Pizza – 9 (It tasted just like pepperoni pizza. “That’s just good.” – Josh.)
2. TIE!
Bacon Cheddar Cheese Melt – 8 (The pretzel crust set this one apart. It was the best crust overall.)
Meatballs & Mozzarella – 8 (This is Julie’s favorite. “I really liked this one, because it tasted just like my favorite Hamburger Helper – Cheesy Italian Shells.”)
3. Philly Steak & Cheese – 7.5 (“I’ve never had a real Philly Cheese Steak, but Josh said it didn’t taste like one. However it did taste good.” – Julie)
4. Four Meat & Four Cheese Pizza – 6 (This one might be unfairly judged. The first bite was cold. And we just couldn’t get over that.)
5. Cheddar Cheeseburger – 5 (Tasted like a cheeseburger, complete with pickle. But not in a good way.)
6. Chicken Broccoli Cheddar – 3.5 (Which is the lowest score yet on Taste Test Thursday. Very bland. The croissant crust was the only redeeming quality.)
