There will be joy in the morning. This song by Tauren Wells has been my anthem for the past few weeks.
Life is full of ebbs and flows and many times even low lows, if you know what I mean. Many of us have experienced some pretty low lows these past few years. From the pandemic, to hurricanes, to unforeseen circumstances we’ve all been through alot. But the great thing about lows is, they do not last forever.
God promises that there will be joy in the morning. There will be rejoicing after mourning.
There will be laughter after grieving. We can trust that, today.
If you are experiencing a super low moment in your life right now, I want you to thank God for one thing today. Yeah that’s right, just one thing you’re grateful for, and I want to know how it changes your view on your life circumstances . Note that I didn’t say it would change your circumstance, but simply how you see it and that my friend is sometimes all we need to get us to the morning. Joy is coming to you, my friend. You shall rejoice again, and again. God promises us that.
Psalms 30:5 says, “Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning.”
