Over the Christmas holidays, my mother-in-law showed the family an old DVD of her late husband preaching. He made mention of his favorite Bible verse – Ephesians 3:20.
“Now to him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to his power that is at work within us…”
Somewhere in my life’s journey, I’ve diminished God’s miraculous nature. I’ve stopped believing that he can do “immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine.”
In this new year, I am expecting more from God. I’m expecting provision. I’m expecting growth. I’m expecting joy. I’m expecting miracles.
I can’t wait to see what God will do in 2019!
