It may not always feel like it, but how we respond in life is actually a choice. In the tough times, we an wither away in fear and doubt, or we can go confidently into each new challenge knowing that when we hold on to Christ and his promises, there is always a reason to smile. That’s the theme in Sidewalk Prophets’ song, “Smile,” an anthem of joy to remind us to hold on to those promises through thick and thin. Psalm 30:5 says “weeping may tarry for the night, but joy comes with the morning.”

Bart Millard of MercyMe has a message for you: Whether you’re in ministry or not – parents, moms, dads, whatever – if you just feel like you don’t know if you can go any further, hopefully this song will bring you comfort and help you realize that you’re not alone and that the race is worth running. MercyMe’s song, “Almost Home,” is a rallying cry to remind us to keep running the race… to keep going, heaven is just around the bend. We’re almost home and now is not the time to give up or tap out.

Life.Church Worship is a ministry of Life.Church, a multi-site gathering across 10 states (and globally online). The church’s mission is to lead people to Christ, and Life.Church Worship is passionate about creating music to encourage people in that relationship with Jesus.

Their song, “Where The Spirit of the Lord Is” features guest vocals from Switch, and is a reminder that God’s power is present and accessible to all of us in every moment of our lives. Chris Kuti of the band says, “As Christ followers, no one’s reach or impact is insignificant because the same power that raised Jesus from the dead is alive in every single one of us.”
