Psalm 150:6 says “Let everything that has breath praise the Lord.” No matter the season, there is reason to worship! Brandon Lake’s song “Gratitude” encourages us to stop, reflect and praise God for all he’s done! Brandon shares, “Gratitude is a powerful weapon. And man I’m feeling so grateful right now. These past few months, tho they have been hard, have been my favorite yet. So much to thank God for. Find something in this moment to just say a quick ‘thank you’ to Jesus.”

We can all relate to a moment in our lives when we have found ourselves at a point of desperation; when we were in need of hope, freedom, and even a miracle. Maybe that is you right now. In that moment it feels like all you have left is enough strength to fall into the arms of Jesus. Psalm 46:1 reminds us “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.” It’s also a source of inspiration for Cade Thompson’s song, “Arms Of Jesus.” He says, “Before I wrote this song, I had been reflecting on the many unchanging characteristics of Jesus…He is full of peace, grace, mercy, love, forgiveness and healing. No matter what pain you’ve walked through, either from your own doing or simply by what has happened to you…God is waiting for you. His arms are wide open and He is ready for you. Let the healer do only what he can.”
