Are you “ALL IN?” That’s the title of Matthew West’s latest album, about living life with no regrets, and not letting our lives be guided by fear but to live bold lives for God. In his new song, “Mercy Is A Song,” Matthew flips that message upside-down.
“This song is the reminder that God has already gone all in for us in the form of His son Jesus on the cross and that gift of mercy. In Lamentations, we’re promised new mercies every morning with the rising of the sun. So this song is that ultimate reminder that God has already done this for you. This is how great, how deep, how wide his love and mercy is for you.
My favorite part of the song is the reminder that God, in all of His mercy, has given us the ultimate promise that this messed-up world where we live right now is not our home. I know so much of Christian music points to the promise of heaven, but I haven’t heard too many songs lately that did that. I know I personally needed that reminder.”

Life isn’t always easy. In fact, is it ever? When you’re in the midst of hard times, whatever your situation may be, remember that faith is how we possess the promises of God. That’s the message of Danny Gokey’s new song, “Haven’t Seen It Yet.”
Whatever you’re in the thick of now, remember what God says in his word, speak it over yourself and declare God’s promises in your life. You’re closer than you think you are. God keeps His promises, even if we haven’t seen it yet.

Hailing from a small town in Scotland, Jamie Kimmett has been writing songs for years. As he has watched his close friend struggle through disabilities and walking through his own dark time, Jamie was reminded of Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Let his new song, “Prize Worth Fighting For,” encourage you that no matter how hard life gets to press on because in Jesus, we have a prize worth fighting for.
