Im having a difficult time letting fear stop my in my tracks, to press forward. Out of fear and struggle with self worth i make decisions that only gets myself deeper into lower self worth to fill a void,. Have you ever had not one but two friends tell you goodbye? 2 friends have contacted me saying they aren't talking to anybody anymore. Both have medical stuff which apparently has gotten worse. My friends telling me goodbye is beyond traumatic and painful, I wish I could help them. Prayers to anybody whom has experienced this.
