It's not even surprising anymore -- average gasoline prices have hit another all-time high, according AAA. The average price of regular is now at $3.28 a gallon, and still rising! At this rate, we'll all be hopping on the streetcar to get to our destinations (which, actually, is a pretty great option). For those who are still pumping away the dollars, here are a few simple tips from the Consumer Federation of America that could save you 20 percent or more on fuel costs...

April Fools Day is here! Truthfully, I am far too nervous to get involved in office pranks (Josh, please don't glue all of my office supplies to my desk!), and can't keep a straight face when it comes to trying to pull one over on my family and friends...so I'm sort of an April Fools Day failure. But that doesn't stop me from appreciating the lengths some will go to for a good ol' practical joke. Remember the year Burger King came up with the "Left-Handed Whopper?" Or the year Taco Bell decided to "purchase" the Liberty Bell and rename it the "Taco Liberty Bell?" Heh.

It's pretty amazing what you can find on eBay. Have you ever noticed the myriad of items being auctioned off online? It's crazy! Need a Ms. PacMan/Galaga tabletop game? It's yours for $1,250! A vintage Saints t-shirt? Get it shipped from Thailand for just $12! So, I suppose it shouldn't surprise me to find Corn Flakes up for bid...

Penny for your thoughts? How about over 2,000 of them? It took Jeff Haber and his teen son Danny nearly two months to transform $24 worth of pennies into a likeness of our 16th president, Abraham Lincoln. The New York father-and-son duo used pennies both for the obvious symbolism and because they can be found in different shades, thanks to age and wear. This is the third Lincoln penny portrait they've done, which they're donating to Danny's high school. And there could be more to come. The Habers say they have piles of pennies left.
Yeah, I've got piles of pennies, too. In my sofa cushions, in my car's cupholder, in my desk drawer at work...I'm feeling a little lazy in my penny-collecting....

Would you like a little feng shui with your fries? Well, apparently, that's not an impossible request. A McDonald's in Hacienda Heights, California, has been redesigned using the principles of feng shui. (That's the ancient Chinese practice of arranging objects and numbers to promote health, harmony and prosperity, of course.) Yes, the golden arches and the Big Macs are still there. But the plastic furniture and Ronald McDonald have been given the boot. In their place are leather seats, earth tones and bamboo plants. Customers seem to like the makeover, so much so, in fact, that they decided to eat inside instead of using the drive-through. Seriously? I'd be satisfied if any McDonald's I went to were able to fulfill my simple request for a milkshake...
